  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Temengor melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1739 yang disiarkan pada 5 Jun 1914 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu itu. PARTIAL REVOCATION OF THE TEMENGOR MALAY RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government

Gazette of Perak, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Temengor Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 1739 published on 5 june 1914 in the Federated Malay States Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.
