Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Batu 3 Segari melalui Pemberitahuan No. 914 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 10 September 1998 hendaklah terhenti menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu itu.

Tanah seluas kira-kira 331.70 hektar dalam Mukim Lumut, Daerah Manjung yang bergaris tepi warna kelabu pada P.W. No. 1920 yang disimpan di Pejabat

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the Ruler in Council hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the are described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Batu 3 Segari Malay

Reserve vide Notification No. 914 published on 10 September 1998 in the

Perak Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

Jadual

The land approximately 331.70 hectares in the Mukim of Lumut, District of

Manjung outline in grey on P.W. No. 1920 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
