IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Customs Act 1967 [Act 235], the Minster, for the purpose of the levy and payment of customs duties under the Customs Duties Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 275/2012], fixes in column (3) of the Schedule the value of the dutiable goods listed in columns (1) and (2).
