- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Akta 438. Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Menteri mengisytiharkan kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual kepada pemberitahuan ini sebagai zon perdagangan bebas.

FREE ZONES ACT 1990
FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREA) NOTIFICATION 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:
1. This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 1997 and shall come into force on 15 May 1997.
2. The Minister declares the area specified in the Schedule to this notification as a free commercial zone.
