Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:
Seksyen 1
Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Kawasan Yang Diisytiharkan) 1998 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada 30 Jun 1998.
Seksyen 2
Menteri mengisytiharkan kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual kepada pemberitahuan ini sebagai suatu zon perdagangan bebas.

FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREA) NOTIFICATION 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Act 438. Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:
1. This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 1998 and shall come into force on 30 June 1998. Citation and commencement.
2. The Minister declares the area specified in the Schedule to this Declared area notification as a free commercial zone.
