(b)
in subsection 2(1), in the definition of "petroleum operations", substitute for the words "Petroleum Malaysia Berhad" the words "Petroliam Nasional Berhad"; and
(i)
in paragraph 8, substitute for the words "subparagraph 2(1)(c)" the words "subsubparagraph 2(1)(c)";
(ii)
in subparagraph 12(1) and (2), substitute for the words "subparagraph 2(1)(c)" the words "subsubparagraph 2(1)(c)"; and
(iii)
in paragraph 15, substitute for the words "assessement" the words "assessment".
