PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(b) Akta Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan 1957 [Akta 349], Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan menetapkan pegawai yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama untuk menyaksikan meterai Perbadanan dicapkan pada semua surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain yang menghendaki meterai Perbadanan dan untuk menandatangani tiap-tiap surat ikatan, dokumen atau surat cara lain itu bagi maksud subseksyen 5(1) Akta selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat dengan Jabatan Ketua Pengarah Tanah dan Galian (Persekutuan) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2). Pembatalan penetapan 2. Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Federal Lands Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands Commissioner designates the officers named in column (1) of the First Schedule to witness the affixing of the seal of the Corporation to all deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation and to sign every such deed, document or other instrument for the purposes of subsection 5(1) of the Act for the period the officers serve with the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines (Federal) with effect from the dates specified in column (2). P.U. (B) 126 3 Revocation of designation 2. The designation of the officers named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as published in the Gazette specified in column (2) are revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (3).
