Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 dan 13 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 (Pemakaian) 1985 [Enakmen Bil. 3 tahun 1985], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 198 [19hb Jan. 2017 disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Hutan Simpan Bukit Kinta yang disiarkan melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 6158 bertarikh 29 Ogos 1930 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Hutan Simpan Kekal itu.

EXCISION OF PART OF LAND FROM THE

BUKIT KINTA FOREST RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11 and 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Enactment No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the

Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Bukit Kinta Forest Reserve published vide Federated

Malay State Government Gazette No. 6158 dated 29 August 1930 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.

Jadual

The area of approximately 121.71 hectares in the Mukim of Sungai Raya,

District of Kinta outlined in grey on PW4344 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
