EXCISION OF PART OF LAND FROM THE PAPULUT FOREST RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 and 13 of the National

Forestry Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the National Forestry Act 1984

(Adoption) Enactment 1985 [En. No. 3 of 1985], the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak

Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Papulut Forest Reserve published vide Federated Malay

States Government Gazette No. 2423 dated 4 May 1923 shall cease to be part of the Permanent Reserved Forest.

The area of approximately 19.30 hectares in the Mukim of Kenering, District of Hulu Perak outlined in grey on PW4063 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping Perak.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 11(ca) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini meminda sempadan Mukim Hulu Bernam Timor, Daerah Batang Padang seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Sebahagian daripada sempadan di antara Mukim Hulu Bernam Timur iaitu dari A-B-C-D-E-F-G yang digariskan dalam warna oren dipinda ke sempadan baru iaitu dari A-H-I-B-C-D-J-K-L-M-G yang digariskan dalam warna merah pada P.W. 4184 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Perak.

VARYING THE BOUNDARY OF MUKIM HULU BERNAM TIMOR TO

BANDAR TANJONG MALIM

[Perenggan 11(ca)]

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11(ca) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby varies the boundary of the land situated in Mukim of Hulu Bernam Timor, District of Batang Padang as described in the Schedule.

Part of the border between Mukim of Hulu Bernam Timor from A-B-C-D-E-F-G outlined in orange is amended to the new boundaries A-H-I-B-C-D-J-K-L-M-G outlined in red on P.W. 4184 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping Perak.
