Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini bagi maksud awam, iaitu, iaitu suatu tapak untuk Cawangan Pejabat Haiwan dan Pusat Mengumpul Susu dan menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Perkhidmatan Haiwan Negeri Perlis hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut.
