Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuil Arulmigu Arumugaswamy Dhevasthanam dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perlis hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab tersebut hendaklah diselenggara oleh Pengerusi Kuil Arulmigu Arumugaswamy Dhevasthanam.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby reserves the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Arulmigu Arumugaswamy Dhevasthanam Temple and designated that the State Secretary of Perlis shall have control of the said reserved land and that the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Chairman of the Arulmigu Arumugaswamy Dhevasthanam Temple.
