Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Pusat Khidmat Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan dan menetapkan WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERLIS 308 [13hb Sept. 2018 bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perlis hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab tersebut hendaklah diselenggara oleh Pengarah Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan Negeri Perlis.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby reserves the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public purpose, to wit, a site for the Cure and Service Centre and designated that the State Secretary of Perlis shall have control of the said reserved land and that the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Director of National Anti Drug Agency of Perlis.
