Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Perlis dengan ini merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini bagi maksud awam iaitu suatu tapak untuk Kolam Takungan dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perlis hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab tersebut hendaklah diselenggara oleh Pengarah Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Negeri Perlis.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority of Perlis hereby reserves the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Water Retention Pond and has designated that the State Secretary of Perlis shall have control of the said reserved land and that the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Director of Irrigation and Drainage of Perlis.
