Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini bagi maksud awam iaitu suatu tapak untuk Makam DiRaja Perlis dan menetapkan bahawa Yang Dipertua Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis hendaklah mempunyai kawalan dan penyelenggaraan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby reserves the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public purpose, to wit, a site for the Makam DiRaja Perlis and has designated that the Yang Dipertua Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Istiadat Melayu Perlis shall have control and maintenance of the said reserved land.
