Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual di bawah ini bagi maksud awam iaitu suatu tapak untuk Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab tersebut hendaklah diselenggara oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby reserves the land described in the Schedule hereto for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Sewerage Systems and Services and has designated that the Federal Land Commissioner shall have control of the said reserved land and that the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Service Department.
