- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 412.8 hektar (1020 ekar), Mukim Temai, Daerah Pekan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3350 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Temai.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 412.8 hectares (1020 acres), Mukim of Temai, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3350 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Melayu Temai Malay Reservation.
