In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the State Authority declares that land measuring an area of 1172 hectares, Mukim of Penor, District of Kuantan, as shown upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3886 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Batu 14 Malay Reservation.
