  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 20.00 hektar, Mukim Hulu Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukiskan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3838 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Bukit Tenggek.

Cap. 142], the State Authority, declares that the land measuring an area of 20.00 hectares, Mukim of Hulu Kuantan, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 3838 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Bukit Tenggek Malay Reservation.
