  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 1.089 hektar yang dikenali sebagai Lot 4558 dalam Mukim Sg. Karang, Daerah Kuantan, yang ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PA 76545 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Cherating (Tambahan).

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 1.089 hectares known as Lot 4558 in the Mukim of Sg. Karang, District of Kuantan, as shown upon Survey Plan No. PA 76545 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to known as Cherating Malay Reservation (Additional).
