Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang dilukis dan ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur yang dinyatakan dalam ruang kelima Jadual yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam ruang pertama Jadual.
