- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, [N.M.B Bab 142] Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 98.44 hektar, Mukim Bebar, Daerah Pekan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 5011 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Badong. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservation Enactment, [F.M.S. Cap. 142] the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 98.44 hectares, Mukim of Bebar, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 5011 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Kampung Badong Malay Reservation.
