Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 20.89 hektar (51.62 ekar), Mukim Jenderak, Daerah Temerloh, yang ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PW 3583 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Jenderak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 20.89 hectares (51.62 acres), Mukim of Jenderak, District of Temerloh, as shown upon Survey Plan No. PW 3583 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Jenderak Malay Reservation.
