- Pada menjalankan tugas yang diberikan oleh Subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1 tahun 1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Johor dengan persetujuan Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan dalam Mesyuarat, adalah dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan tanah seluas lebih kurang 385.5 ha. sk. (952.6 ek. sk.) yang terletak di Mukim Tenggaroh, Daerah Mersing sebagaimana yang ditandakan dengan warna kelabu di atas Pelan No. P.W. 2776 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor di bawah Seksyen 410 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], dijadikan Kawasan Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Simpanan Melayu Rancangan L.K.T.P. - In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1 of 1936], the Director of Lands and Mines, Johore with the approval of His Royal Highness the Sultan-in-Council hereby declares that the area of land comprising approximately 385.5 ha. sk. (952.6 ek. sk.) situated in the Mukim Tenggaroh, District of Mersing delineated in grey on Plan No. P.W. 2776 deposited under section 410 of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore to be a Malay Reservation known as the Malay Reservation of Rancangan L.K.T.P. Tenggaroh 4.
