- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 13.93 hektar Blok A dan 2.27 hektar Blok B di Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan, yang dilukis dan ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 3543 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Sungai Ular.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the State Authority declares that the land measuring an area of 13.93 hectares Blok A and 2.27 hectares Blok B, Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, as delineated and shown edged in Survey Plan No. P.W. 3543 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as the Sungai Ular Malay Reservation.
