Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 6.489 ekar (2.626 hektar), Mukim Pedah, Daerah Jerantut, yang ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No: PW 3462 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Pedah, Mukim Pedah, Daerah Jerantut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 6.489 acres (2.626 hectares), Mukim of Pedah, District of Jerantut, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. PW 3462 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Pedah Malay Reservation, Mukim of Pedah, District of Jerantut.
