Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 3.23 hektar (7.98 ekar) dalam Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan, yang ditunjukkan di atas Pelan Ukur No. PW 3473 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu dan dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Bukit Kapur (Tambahan).

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 3.23 hectares (7.98 acres) in the Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, as shown upon Survey Plan No. PW 3473 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Bukit Kapur Malay Reservation (Additional).
