Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Perizaban Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Bukit Jerai. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i)(c) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the Ruler of the State in Council declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette, the area described in the

Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Bukit Jerai Malay

Reserve.
