Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar, Perak dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Rizab Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Bukit Payong.

Daerah Kuala Kangsar bergaris tepi warna kelabu pada P.W. 1938 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Perak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reser-vations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Bukit Payong Malay Reserve.

The are of approxiamately 93.05 hectares in Mukim of Kota Lama Kiri,

District of Kuala Kangsar outlined in grey on P.W. 1938 deposited in the

Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping Perak.
