DECLARATION of CHANGKAT BARU malay reserve

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Changkat Baru Malay Reserve.
