In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak with the Approval of the Ruler of the State in Council declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette, the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Changkat Larah Malay Reserve.

The land of approximately 11.18 hectares in the Mukim of Kamunting, District of Larut, Matang dan Selama outlined in grey on P.W. 1698 deposited in the

Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.

[Subsection 62(1)]

RESERVATIONS OF LAND FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Kampung Pinang Seberang, Mukim Asam

Kumbang, Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, tapak untuk surau dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha

Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama

Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Kampung Pinang Seberang, Mukim of Asam Kumbang,
