DECLARATION OF KAMPAR MALAY RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservation

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Kampar Malay Reserve.

The area of approximately 76.704 hectar (189.54 acres) in the Mukim of

Kampar, District of Kampar outlined in grey on P.W. 4211 deposited in the

Office of Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Seri Manjung (Fasa 1D), Mukim Sitiawan,

Daerah Manjung yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Surau dan Sekolah Agama Rakyat dan menetapkan bahawa

Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh

Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.
