DECLARATION OF PADANG CHONG MALAY RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3 (i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [ F.M.S. Cap 142 ], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as

Padang Chong Malay Reserve.

The area of approximately 1,620.36 hectares in Mukim of Pengkalan Hulu &

Belukar Semang, District of Hulu Perak outlined in grey on P.W 2115 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
