In exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 3 (i) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment (F.M.S. Cap 142), the Menteri Besar Perak Darul

Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Pengkalan Bharu, Malay Reserve.

The area of approximately 14.67 hectares (36.25 acres) in the Mukim of Pengkalan Bharu, District of Manjung outlined in grey on P.W. 3273
