Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Kanun Tanah Negara
[Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mewakilkan perjalanan kuasa dan kewajipan kepada Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Perak bagi memutuskan semua permohonan remisyen tunggakan cukai tanah bagi tujuan pengiraan cukai petak untuk skim strata yang terlibat, mengikut kadar yang bersesuaian berdasarkan kes.
2. Pewakilan kuasa ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh penyiarannya dalam
Warta.

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority delegates the exercise of powers and duties to the Director of Lands and Mines, State of Perak to decide the remission on the arrears of rents for computation purposes for strata scheme involved accordingly, on a case by case basis.

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah
Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di dalam Mukim Assam Kumbang, Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak rizab kawasan lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri
Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab tersebut dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Taiping.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land
Code [Act 56 of 1965] the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Assam Kumbang, District of Larut, Matang and Selama described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for an open space and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the
Taiping Municipal Council.
