In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak Darul Ridzuan with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as the Wilayah of Pulau Gajah Menyusu, Matang Tengah, Beriah Malay Reserve.

The area of approximately 331.5 hectares in Mukim of Beriah, District of

Kerian outlined in grey on PW3540 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.

PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH

[Subsection 64(1)]

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 344 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 28 Februari 2013, notis telah diberi mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk Kuarters dan Balai Penghulu yang dikawal oleh Pegawai

Daerah Kinta;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56 Tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tersebut seperti yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 344 published in the Perak Government Gazette on 28 February 2013, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for a Penghulu’s

Quarters and Balai which is controlled by the Kinta District Officer;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
