FACTORIES AND MACHINERY (STEAM BOILER AND UNFIRED PRESSURE VESSEL)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2017
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 56(1)
of the Factories and Machinery Act 1967 [Act 139], the Minister makes the following regulations:
Citation 1.
These regulations may be cited as the Factories and Machinery (Steam Boiler and Unfired Pressure Vessel) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule 2.
The Fourth Schedule to the Factories and Machinery (Steam Boiler and Unfired
Pressure Vessel) Regulations 1970 [P.U. (A) 5/1970] is amended—
(a)
by deleting item 4;
(b)
by deleting item 19; and
(c)
by inserting after item 41 the following items:

44.
TÜV Austria Services GmbH.”.
