All the applications for obtaining, renewing, changing or transferring licenses to sell intoxicating liquor shall be made in writing in the prescribed forms in quadruplicate and shall be submitted to the Chairman, Johore Bahru
Licensing Board at Pejabat Daerah Johore Bahru, Jalan Datin Halimah, 80350
Johore Bahru, Johore on or before the following dates:

First quarter of the year 2012
