Tiap-tiap permintaan bagi lesen untuk rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang belum pernah dilesenkan hendaklah dengan perbelanjaan sendiri mengiklankan dengan surat hal ia telah meminta kepada Lembaga supaya dikeluarkan lesen-lesen menerangkan keadaan lesen yang dipinta itu dan membentangkan iklan itu pada tempat yang mudah dilihat selama 2 (dua) minggu dahulu daripada 21 Jun 2001.

Notice is hereby given that the Kuala Muda Licensing Board constituted under the

Excise Act 1976 in respect of the District of Kuala Muda will hold its Second Half

Yearly Meeting for the year 2001 at the District Office Kuala Muda on Thursday 21st

June 2001 at 9.00 a.m. to consider:

(a)

New applications for licences to sell intoxicating liquors; and

(b)

Applications for renewal of licences to sell intoxicating liquors for the

Second Half for the year 2001.
