Every new application for a licence for premises not previously licensed shall at his own expense advertise in writing to the effect that he has made an application to the

Board for the issue of a licence, describing the nature of the licences applied for, displaying conspicuously such advertisement at the premises it is intended to be licensed for a period of two (2) weeks immediately preceding the 29th Jun 2004.
