Permintaan-permintaan baharu bagi lesen-lesen menjual minuman keras;

Permintaan-permintaan bagi memperbaharui lesen-lesen menjual minuman keras bagi Setengah Tahun Pertama 2006.

Permintaan-permintaan membaharui lesen itu hendaklah ditulis iaitu diperbuat empat (4) salinan di dalam Borang yang dipertetapkan di dalam Jadual bagi Peraturan

Eksais (Lembaga Pelesen) Tahun 1977 hendaklah dihantarkan supaya sampai kepada

Pengerusi di Pejabat Daerah Baling, tidak lewat daripada empat (4) minggu dahulu daripada 27hb Disember 2005.

Tiap-tiap permohonan bagi lesen baru untuk rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang belum pernah dilesenkan hendaklah dengan perbelanjaan sendiri mengiklankan dengan surat hal ia telah memohon kepada Lembaga supaya dikeluarkan lesen menerangkan keadaan yang dipohonkan itu dan membentangkan iklan itu pada tempat yang mudah dilihat pada rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang hendak dilesenkan selama dua (2) minggu dahulu daripada 27hb Disember 2005.

Notice is hereby given that the Baling Licensing Board constituted under the Excise

Act, 1976 in respect of the District of Baling will hold its First Half Meeting of 2006

at the District Office Baling on Tuesday 27th December 2005 at 2.30 p.m. to consider:

New applications for licences to sell intoxicating liquors; and 1.2

Applications for renewal of licences to sell intoxicating liquors for the

First Half of 2006.

Applications for renewal of licences must be in writing in guard duplicate in the form prescribed in the Schedule to the Excise (Licensing Board) Regulation 1977 and must be submitted to the Chairman at the District Office Baling not later than four (4)

weeks before 27th December 2005.

Every new applications for a licence for premises not previously licensed shall, at his own expense advertise in writing the effect that he had made an application to the board for the issue of a license, describing the nature of the licence applied for, displaying conspicuously such as advertisement at the premises it is intended to be licensed for a period of two (2) week immediately proceeding the 27th December 2005.

Maka inilah dinyatakan bahawa Lembaga Pelesen Daerah Kulim yang ditubuhkan di bawah Akta Eksais Tahun 1976 berkenaan dengan Daerah Kulim akan mengadakan

Mesyuarat Setengah Tahun Pertama bagi Tahun 2006 bertempat di Pejabat Daerah

Kulim pada hari Ahad 11hb Disember 2005 jam 10.30 pagi untuk pertimbangkan:

Permintaan-permintaan baharu bagi lesen-lesen menjual minuman keras;

dan 1.2

Permintaan-permintaan bagi memperbaharui lesen-lesen menjual minuman keras bagi Setengah Tahun Pertama 2006.

Permintaan-permintaan membaharui lesen itu hendaklah ditulis iaitu diperbuat empat (4) salinan di dalam Borang yang dipertetapkan di dalam Jadual bagi Peraturan

Eksais (Lembaga Pelesen) Tahun 1977 hendaklah dihantarkan supaya sampai kepada

Pengerusi di Pejabat Daerah Kulim, tidak lewat daripada empat (4) minggu dahulu daripada 11hb Disember 2005.

Tiap-tiap permohonan bagi lesen baru untuk rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang belum pernah dilesenkan hendaklah dengan perbelanjaan sendiri mengiklankan surat hal ia telah memohon kepada Lembaga supaya dikeluarkan lesen menerangkan keadaan yang dipohonkan itu dan membentangkan iklan itu pada tempat yang mudah dilihat pada rumah-rumah atau tempat-tempat yang hendak dilesenkan selama dua (2)

minggu dahulu daripada 11hb Disember 2005.

at the District Office Kulim on Sunday 11th December 2005 at 10.30 a.m. to consider:

Applications for renewal of licences to sell intoxicating liquors for the

First Half of 2006.

Applications for renewal of licences must be in writing in quadruplicate in the forms prescribed in the Schedule to the Excise (Licensing Board) Regulation 1977 and must be submitted to the Chairman at the District Office Kulim not later than four (4)

weeks before 11th December 2005.

Every new applications for a licenses for premises not previously licensed shall, at his own expense advertise in writing to the effect that he had made an application to the board for the issue of a license, describing the nature of the licence applied for, displaying conspicuously such as advertisement at the premises it is intended to the licensed for a period of two (2) weeks immediately proceeding the 11th December 2005.
