of PERATURAN-PERATURAN HARTA PUSAKA KECIL (PEMBAHAGIAN) (PINDAAN) 2015
Seksyen 14
Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas peraturan 12
peraturan berikut:
“Correction of error in order 12A. If the order issued under subregulations 7(1) or 12(3) appears to have any―
(a)
clerical error; or
(b)
omission as not in accordance with the Land Administrator’s record in writing as specified in section 12 of the Act, the Land Administrator may at any time make such correction as may be appropriate in the circumstances of the case.”.
