Pindaan peraturan 18
Peraturan-Peraturan ibu dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 18 dengan peraturan yang berikut:
“Regulation 18 18.
(1)
The fees set out in column 2 of the Second Schedule shall be taken and paid in respect of all costs, matters and proceedings set out in column 1 of the Second Schedule.
(2)
Notwithstanding subregulation (1), no fee is chargeable if the deceased died without successor and the estate ordered to be reverted or transferred to the State Authority or Government as the case may be.”.
Pindaan Jadual Pertama
