Section 16A
of PERATURAN-PERATURAN HARTA PUSAKA KECIL (PEMBAHAGIAN) (PINDAAN) 2024
Seksyen 16A
(1)
Upon receipt of subsequent application by an administrator under regulation 12, the Estate Distribution Officer may order for the sale of property as provided for in the application.
(2)
Prior to the issuance of the order under subregulation (1), the Estate Distribution Officer shall take into consideration that —
(a)
any potential buyer to the property has been ascertained; and
(a)
make a subsequent application order in Form T; or
(b)
grant a letter of administration in Form F.”.

the sale price of the property is equal to the market value of the property or any value as agreed by the beneficiary.”.
