Seksyen 2
Peraturan-Peraturan Hidrogen Sianid (Pengasapan) 1953 [P.U. (A) 324/2020], yang disebut “Peraturan-Peraturan ibu” dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dengan menggantikan peraturan 6 dengan peraturan yang berikut:
“Application for licence 6.
Every application for a licence shall be made to the Director General of
Health in writing in Form A in the Schedule and shall be accompanied by payment of a fee of two hundred ringgit.”.
Seksyen 3
Peraturan baharu 13A
peraturan yang berikut:
“Theoretical and practical test fees 13A.
(1)
Every application for the theoretical and practical test referred to under paragraph 13(c) shall be accompanied by payment of a fee of two hundred ringgit.

(1)
, every application for a repetition of the theoretical test referred to under paragraph 13(c) shall be accompanied by payment of a fee of one hundred ringgit.
(3)
The fees paid under subregulations (1) and (2) shall not be refundable.”.

HYDROGEN CYANIDE (FUMIGATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Act 1953 [Act 260], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation)
(Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2026.
Substitution of regulation 6 2.
The Hydrogen Cyanide (Fumigation) Regulations 1953 [P.U. (A) 324/2020], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations” in these Regulations, are amended by substituting for regulation 6 the following regulation:
“Application for licence 6.
Every application for a licence shall be made to the Director General of
Health in writing in Form A in the Schedule and shall be accompanied by payment of a fee of two hundred ringgit.”.
New regulation 13A
Seksyen 3
The principal Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 13 the following regulation:
“Theoretical and practical test fees 13A.
(1)
