WATER SERVICES INDUSTRY (RATES FOR WATER SUPPLY SERVICES)

(STATE OF SELANGOR, FEDERAL TERRITORIES OF KUALA LUMPUR AND PUTRAJAYA)

REGULATIONS 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 84(2)(a) and 179(i) of the

Water Services Industry Act 2006 [Act 655], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission, makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Water Services Industry

(Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Selangor, Federal Territories of

Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya) Regulations 2022.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2022.

Rates for water supply services 2.

The rates for water supply for the state of Selangor, Federal Territories of

Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule.

Type of use 3.

The type of use as specified in the First Schedule shall be as described in the

Second Schedule.
