PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 6(2)(b) Akta Kawalan Bekalan 1961 [Akta 122], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Kawalan Bekalan (Larangan Eksport) (Pindaan) 2022.

CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (PROHIBITION ON EXPORT)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2022

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 6(2)(b)

of the

Control of Supplies Act 1961 [Act 122], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Control of Supplies

(Prohibition on Export) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on 9 July 2022.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Control of Supplies (Prohibition on Export)

Regulations 2011 [P.U. (A) 86/2011] is amended by inserting after the item “Cement”

the following item:

“One kilogram of pure palm cooking oil in polybag packaging”.
