Pindaan peraturan 13
(a)
dalam nota birai, dengan menggantikan perkataan
“Notice of amalgamation.”
dengan perkataan
“Notice and registration of amalgamated unions.”;
(b)
dengan menggantikan subperaturan
(1)
dengan subperaturan yang berikut:
“(1)
Notice of every amalgamation of trade unions under section 32 of the Act shall be given in the Form H set out in the First
Schedule together with the following:
(a)
return of the ballot result on the resolution to amalgamate in Form U set out in the First Schedule;
(b)
a printed copy of the rules of the amalgamated trade union in the national language;
(c)
a copy of minutes of the meeting approving the intended rules to be adopted; and

(d)
certificate of registration of each trade union intended to be amalgamated.”; dan
(c)
dalam subperaturan (2)—
(i)
dengan memotong nota birai kepada subperaturan itu; dan
(ii)
dengan menggantikan perkataan “section 34 (4)” dengan perkataan
“subsection 34(4) of the Act”.
