- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 112(d) Akta Pekerja Gig 2025 [Akta 872], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Bagi maksud perenggan 83(d) Akta, peratusan amaun caruman ialah satu perpuluhan dua lima peratus.

Pemberitahuan oleh penyedia platform
Bagi maksud perenggan 83(f) Akta, penyedia platform hendaklah memberitahu pekerja gig melalui sistem pengantara digital penyedia platform dalam tempoh tiga hari dari tarikh pemakluman oleh Pertubuhan.

GIG WORKERS (SOCIAL SECURITY) REGULATIONS 2026
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 112(d) of the Gig Workers Act 2025 [Act 872], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

These regulations may be cited as the Gig Workers (Social Security)
Regulations 2026.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 31 March 2026.
Percentage of contribution deduction 2.
For the purposes of paragraph 83(d) of the Act, the percentage of contribution amount shall be one point two five percent.
Notification by platform provider 3.
For the purposes of paragraph 83(f) of the Act, the platform provider shall notify the gig worker through the digital intermediary system of the platform provider within three days from the date of notification by the Organisation.
