(a)
dalam subperaturan (2), dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan

dengan menggantikan perkataan “tiga puluh” dengan perkataan
“sembilan puluh”; dan
(ii)
dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “30 haribulan September”
perkataan “dan tidak boleh dibayar balik jika permohonan itu tidak berjaya”.

MEDICAL ASSISTANTS (REGISTRATION) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Medical Assistants (Registration) Act 1977 [Act 180], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Medical Assistants (Registration)
(Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 October 2025.
Amendment of regulation 17 2.
The Medical Assistants (Registration) Regulations 1979 [P.U. (A) 185/1979]
are amended in regulation 17—
(a)
in subregulation (2), by inserting after the words “ten ringgit”
the words “and shall not be refundable in the event of the application not being successful”; and
(i)
by substituting for the word “thirty” the word “ninety”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words “30th day of September” the words
“and shall not be refundable in the event of the application not being successful”.
