  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 3(2)(n) and (o) of the Civil Aviation Act 1969 [Act 3], the Minister makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

These regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges)

(Amendment) Regulations 2019.

These Regulations come into operation on 30 March 2019.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2016

[P.U. (A) 99/2016] is amended—

(a)

in relation to item 122, in column (2), by substituting for the words

“and subregulation 65(2) of the Civil Aviation (Aerodrome Operations)

Regulations 2016” the words “, subregulation 65(2) of the Civil Aviation

(Aerodrome Operations) Regulations 2016 and subsection 24Q(3) of the Civil

Aviation Act 1969”; and
